Merry Christmas!
I want to wish all of you,
my dear friends and family a very Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah and a
Happy New Year!
Let us not forget in the busyness of the season, what this time is all
about.
“Behold, the virgin shall be with child, and bear a Son, and they
shall call His name Immanuel,” which is translated, “God with us.”
- Matthew 1:23
Immanuel, God with us.
One of my favorite Christmas Hymns is O Holy Night.
O Holy Night
The stars are brightly shining
It is the night of our dear Savior's birth
Long lay the world in sin and error pining
'Til He appeared and the soul felt its worth
A thrill of hope the weary world rejoices
For yonder breaks a new and glorious morn.
Fall on your knees
O hear the angels voices
O night divine
O night when Christ as born
Every time I sing the line, "'Til He appeared and
the soul felt its worth", it brings tears to my eyes. For
I can truly say that because of Jesus my soul does feel its worth.
I pray you and your families will be blessed during this holiday season and
that you too will know the true joy and worth that Immanuel, Jesus, God
with us, can bring!
Love,
Rachel
